Why we exist
Most small businesses, landlords and households in South Africa sign the wrong paperwork — a template downloaded from anywhere, edited badly, missing the clauses their situation actually needs. The alternative, an attorney drafting from scratch, costs thousands and takes days.
We built a drafting engine that sits between the two: templates written against South African legislation, assembled from your answers, delivered as a finished PDF for the price of a takeaway.
How our documents are drafted
Every template is written against the legislation that governs it — the BCEA and LRA for employment, the Rental Housing Act for leases, the Consumer Protection Act and Alienation of Land Act for sales, POPIA for personal information, and the ECT Act for electronic signature.
Each template carries a review stamp showing who reviewed it, the date that version became effective, and when the underlying legislation was last checked. You can see it on the document card, in the generator and in the footer of every generated page.

We are not a law firm, we are not registered as a legal practice, and nothing we give you is legal advice. For high-value, disputed or unusual arrangements, have an admitted attorney review your document before signature.
